NS2 / Zimbra service restored

Power has been restored to our New York datacenter. The cause of the outage was the failure of a brand new UPS. The vendor is on site to make repairs. There may be another brief outage when they switch back to the new UPS.

NS2 / Zimbra outage

There has been a power outage at our datacenter in New York. This outage is affecting our Zimbra server and ns2.dnsunlimited.com. At this time there is no ETA for restoration of service.

Zimbra / NS2 Service Restored

Generator power has been restored to our New York DC. Zimbra and NS2 are back online. The DC is reporting an explosion at a nearby power substation which interrupted utility power. Their generators also failed but are now online.

At this time all SqueakSoft.com services are online.

New York DC Outage

Our New York data center is experiencing a power outage this morning. Their generator system also had a failure, so our servers are currently without power. This outage affects our Zimbra servers and DNS server #2. There is currently no ETA for restoration of service.
